Chief Marketing Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a CMO to own the growth strategy with a highly profitable iGaming business, supporting the success of multiple online casino brands. We are looking for a creative business developer, who will shape the marketing strategy to fit into a new social gambling space. We offer office hubs in Spain in an otherwise remote company, adopting a flexible and self-empowered work structure.

• Drive the evolution of current and future brands positionings on a global scale, as an external and internal promoter of innovative and digital-trend sensitive ideas and products
• Create and own go-to-market strategies for new products and features, leading implementation cross company with clear and inspirational communication, objectives and showcasing
• Develop a long term growth strategy, including consistent performance analysis and contingency planning Work with analytics to lead market research and ROI analysis, defining challenges and opportunities, ensuring constant optimisation and A/B testing is carried out
• Collaborate closely across executive level engineering, design and operation to deliver a fully unified product approach and deliverance
• Own and efficiently scale budget and acquisition planning and continued control, allocating spend and optimizing blend of channels to hit growth targets in a resourceful manner
• Coach and mentor the members of the team to develop in their skills, including regular performance feedback, action plans and yearly reviews
• Nurture an environment of responsibility and accountability, setting own culture examples and promote inclusivity and ideas

Who are you

• An experienced iGaming professional, a solid senior marketing and leadership background is essential
