VIP Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

At the WKND we create and fully manage premium iGaming brands. We are a work-from-home business with hubs in Malta and Marbella, powered by highly experienced teams with a wealth of industry knowledge. We believe in giving our teams accountability and autonomy, trusting in their expertise and best judgment to continuously learn and provide the best gaming experience to our players. 

As a VIP Account Manager you will work alongside one other VIP manager and own the Rest Of World markets for WKND, with the aim to generate value to the business and our players and ensure an excellent retention experience for our top tier players.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional levels of service via Phone, Email and Whatsapp in English as per market requirements.
• Look for every opportunity to engage with you portfolio and look to maximise every opportunity
• Go the extra mile for your players
• Generate value to the business by identifying and maximising every retention opportunity
• Review players performance on a daily basis and take the relevant action when required
• Identify new Potential players and reaching out to onboard
• Ensure all your players are incentivised appropriately
• Responsible for UDC’s, ARPU, NGR and Deposits for your portfolio
• Responsible for reviewing and tracking potential players performance for conversion
• Manage anti churn pro actively
• Contribute to the team with ideas and initiatives
• Hosting events and building relationships with the players

Requirements

• Excellent communicator and with great people skills
• Great English Language skills both spoken and written
• Experienced Account Manager for the ROW markets
• Good at taking feedback and adapting your approach accordingly
• Able to prioritize work and make sure that targets are met on a weekly and monthly basis
• Working independently and being trusted to make decisions to improve player satisfaction and monthly results
• A great team player!
